How long does an order take?

Our lead time is 1-5 business days and current dispatch times can be found on the top banner on the main page. If you need an item quickly, please select the shipping upgrade option at checkout. Please note that upgrading postage does not shorten our production time.

My Item is Damaged

We take every precaution to ensure your item arrives to you in perfect condition including several layers of bubble wrap, and protective packaging. However, we appreciate the fragile nature of the items mean occasionally, beyond our control, damage may occur in transit. It’s really important that this damage is reported within 24 hours of confirmed delivery - after this time we cannot hold the courier responsible and could be deemed as damaged in possession. Please do make contact within this time period so we can sort a replacement for you as soon as possible. Our policy is part refund or replacement only for damaged in transit goods within this time period.

What do I need to create a QR code?

If you have a QR code already you would like to use, we can use them on your sign (please just send these via the email address on the "Contact Us" Page after purchase). Most of the time, we create the codes in-house - these are unlimited on scans and last a lifetime.

To create a QR code for you, we would require the following:

Instagram - @ name

TikTok - @ name

Facebook - Full URL page link (www./https)

Website - Full URL link (www./https)

Google Review - Business review link (found in the "Get more reviews" section of your Google business profile) or business name and address

PayPal - @ name

WiFi - Network name and Password

WhatsApp - Found in Settings - Next to Profile Picture - Click QR Code and email screenshot

For all other options inc. Booking Systems - Full URL link or copies of codes

We can make codes to ANY URL page!

The only QR Code we cannot make is WhatsApp - this can be found in the settings menu of the app, next to your profile picture - all you need to do is tap the symbol and in the top right hand corner, tap the arrow box to send via email. Please send to the email address found in the "Contact Us" section on the main page.

Can i add a logo/ Do you create custom signs not shown in the shop?

Do feel free to get in touch with a design you have in mind and if it's something we can accommodate, we will happily do so.

Please note that due to the handmade nature of our work, we can only replicate certain none Graphically Designed Logos - please pop us an email with your logo/design idea before placing any order. If we cannot replicate your logo, we will be in touch asap to confirm next steps/options.

Can I see an example/ preview?

If you wish to see a preview of how your sign will appear, we offer a free digital proof on request after purchase only. Please send us an email asap after you have placed your order. Please be aware this may add some extra waiting time on as we will delay shipping until confirmed. If no response is received to a proof, we will take that as authorisation to go ahead and create as we cannot delay dispatch dates as advertised.

Please also note that mock proof are purely for design/layout purposes and are not an accurate representation of the final product due to screen resolution colour indifferences/ design software functionality

I want to cancel/ return an order

You are free to request a cancellation at any point, or any reason within the initial 24 hours of placing your order. This must be done by emailing us via the address on the "Contact Us" page.

Once the item has been made it can no longer be cancelled. Returns/ refunds are not permitted on customised items unless we have made an error.

Please note we are not responsible for any choices make by the customer including colour choices/Font styles used etc. If you would like some help in placing your order, please do get in contact before placing the order.

I made a mistake on my order

We copy all details from the notes left on the order including spellings and capitalisations to create your products. If you realise you have made a mistake on the notes, please contact us as soon as possible so this can be changed before making.

If you only notice after the sign has been made/ received, please note this does not qualify for a refund. There maybe times we can correct the mistake by sending the sign back, customer pays for return postage. Please reach out and send us an email to see if we can help.

If the mistake was made in production, we will offer a complimentary replacement sign if the details do not match those provided on the order.

Due to the custom made, personalised nature of our products, refunds and exchanges are not accepted.
